The role will include working directly with our clients and managing a number of multi-channel marketing accounts and campaigns, mainly in the recruitment and B2B sectors. You’ll be responsible for managing both retained marketing outsourcing through our ‘virtual marketing department’ offering as well as project work, including marketing automation campaigns, website ‘go-to-market’ consultancy, SEO, paid promotion and aligning multi-channel campaigns across content and social.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing both monthly retained accounts and short-term projects for clients including marketing automation, content, brand strategy, social media as well as other digital marketing initiatives and programmes. You’ll be confident communicating with clients directly, including managing client meetings, strategic advice, planning, campaign production and management.
The digital marketing account manager will be working alongside a small team in an agile, remote working environment. You’ll be expected to be hands-on in delivery and will be supported by digital and content marketing professionals on our team as well as freelancers.
