You will still be responsible for achieving deliverables in your role, and working with the AM will ensure SLAs are delivered on-time to a high quality. Whilst the AM will handle most of the sensitive conversations with clients and take charge of the overall account direction, you will be involved in these conversations. This will include coordinating projects, delivering content and marketing initiatives, overseeing freelancer’s work and ensuring that the content and tone are on-brief.

You will provide MI reports on campaign efficacy to the Account Manager and support them in strategy setting meetings with your clients. This role is fully remote so we welcome you to reach out from wherever you are in the UK!
