After moving to the UK in 2010, I increasingly got exposure to the global operations, including sitting on the International Steering Committee, representing 3,000 employees, 19 countries, 8 languages, and a $1bn USD turnover.
It was here that I was blessed with the most incredible team and mentors to drive transformative initiatives that reshaped the role of marketing in recruitment.Â
