When an insurance and regulated industry recruitment and managed services business needed to scale and differentiate from the Group parent company, they turned to Thrive

The Challenge:

With 20 recruiting staff and part of a larger Group employing over 3,000, this business was merging three brands and needed a full value proposition and website rebuild as well as ongoing marketing support to drive lead generation to enable business development and growth. Their website needed to align with the parent company site, but with candidate attraction a key focus as well as the need to integrate with Bullhorn and a marketing automation platform, they were able to undertake their own solution that was responsive to their needs and that would scale with them as they grew.

The Solution:

Thrive developed a staged marketing programme including a new website, content development, social media management and most critically, sales automation programming and campaigns. A diversity and inclusion programme as well as a Salary Guide were also key initiatives.

As the needs of the business evolved and headcount scaled to over 100 consultants, Thrive continued to be engaged for what has been four years (and counting), to support website performance through SEO, developing content strategy and delivering thought leadership to support lead generation and reputation-building.

The Outcome:

The business has grown by 400% during our tenure and due to the success of the partnership, Thrive has been introduced and engaged by the Group’s consultancy business as well as offered strategy and collaboration with Group marketing. With growth has come evolution, from a purely lead-generation focus to a wider brand and reputation-building engagement, through content, thought leadership and SEO to build credibility and brand awareness.
